Refund policy
1. Exchange

Product(s) can be exchanged if bought online at https://bonapapasuper.com/ within 7 days after delivery.

The product must be unused with the packaging intact, along with the purchase invoice and courier/shipment receipt attached on the parcel envelope.

Exchange or refund is only offered if the product has any manufacturing defect or damage.

To lodge a complaint, contact customer care by emailing images of the defect to bonasuper32@gmail.com, inboxing their official Facebook/Instagram page, or calling 0322-6222852 (032 ANABATLA) within 7 days of purchase.

You must send back the defected product(s) for review to offer an exchange with the same product or a same-price value product.

Required details for online complaint:
- Order Number
- Photos of the defected product(s) received.
- Picture of the parcel along with the courier/shipment receipt attached on the parcel envelope.
2. Refunds
- The company has a strict 'NO REFUND' policy.
- Refunds can only be made in the exceptional circumstance where the product is out of stock.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- Refund processing may take up to two weeks.
3. Order Cancellation
- Cancellation can be requested by emailing bonasuper32@gmail.com, inboxing on social media, or calling 0322-6222852 (032 ANABATLA) before the order is processed.
- Once the order is shipped (tracking information is sent), the 'Returns & Exchange Policy' will be applied.
